About Leah Stevens

Having started in the ‘traditional’ role of conveyancing secretary in the Barossa Valley in 1993, I was convinced by my boss (still my favourite) to turn my job into a career.

Years later & with studies complete, I moved to Melbourne where I had my first taste of the conveyancing process within a large law firm.

In early 2002 I relocated to Newcastle where I worked for 13 years as an employee conveyancer (including 8 years with Turnbull Hill Lawyers).

After much consideration, I formed Fox Stevens Conveyancing with Julie Fox in 2015.

As of January 2019 I decided to become a sole practitioner with a simple strategy of providing a cost-effective conveyancing solution - focusing on the attention to detail clients should expect when dealing with real estate transactions.
