Here are a few ideas we have seen work well for some of our clients in the past:
Clean up
Making your house seem more spacious is key for others to fall in love with your property. Look at your home with a fresh eye and imagine how it could be with less clutter. Items than don’t add to feelings of warmth, homeliness & spaciousness, may need to be removed.
Repairs
Patch up that wall, paint over those marks and fix that busted tile. These are quick and& easy jobs that show prospective buyers you care for your property.
Fresh paint
Your favourite colours may not appeal to the masses. Simple neutrals that work with the floor coverings and don't date and helpshelp to make properties feel spacious &and inviting.
Tidy the yard
Mowing the lawn, tidy the edges and freshening up gardens. Even aeven fresh layer of mulch &and a few small new plants can revamp refresh any tired old garden.yard.
Property stylist
Our homes are filled with furniture we love and we design our space to suit our lifestyles. That doesn't mean that your furniture arrangement or style will be to everyone's taste. One way to get an unbiased assessment on your home decor is to hire a property stylist.
Stylists can provide anything from a full fit out of furniture and accessories to small changes, reworking what’s already there. The cost in getting this done properly can be more than compensated for in any increase in sale price.
There are plenty of easy things you can do to make the property more appealing and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
