For the last 12 months we’ve been using Docusign for electronic signing of:
· Contracts
· Purchaser Declarations
· First Home Buyer Applications
· PEXA Client Authorisations &
· File Authorities
This process change has proven to be a real winner when it comes to managing our client’s transactions – even prior to our current social distancing restrictions.
Much like the use of WebVOI for identity verification, you are able to sign the relevant documents on your mobile device or desktop/laptop at a time & location that suits you. No need to make additional appointments, travel to our office or take up a lunch hour!
How does it work?
We do most of the work for you.
We’ll load the relevant documents into Docusign and email you a prompt to review & sign. They will be markers we have added to the document(s) for you to sign, date or add free text. Once completed, we are notified and will hold a copy on file for audit purposes.
